Michel's Advice: "Measure twice, cut once. The drill hole spacing (also known as centre-to-centre or pitch) is the distance from the centre of one drill hole to the centre of the other. Are you replacing existing handles? Then measure the current distance very accurately so that the new handle fits precisely into the existing holes."
