Is your order not quite what you expected? You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving a reason. This cooling-off period begins the day after you—or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier—receive your order.
Once you have notified us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the products. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you return your entire order, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including any costs for our standard shipping. If you return only part of your order, you will be refunded the purchase price of the returned products.
We will issue a refund within 14 days of your withdrawal notification, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
You are only responsible for the cost of returning the items from your home to the webshop. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package; please consult your carrier's website for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the company with all supplied accessories and—where reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@bymjm.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of the notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good condition.

What length M4 screw do I need?
M4 denotes a nominal thread diameter of 4 mm. The right length depends on the full thickness of the furniture front and the usable thread depth in the handle or knob. Front thickness alone is not enough.
- Measure the front. Measure every layer the screw passes through, including additional panels or washers.
- Check the existing fixing. Compare with an old screw that fits correctly and check that the new handle or knob has an M4 thread. Usable thread depth varies by model.
- Check the fit. The screw must engage sufficiently without bottoming out before the handle is secure. Follow the fitting instructions and never force it.
Compare available lengths
Do not choose a longer screw simply because it seems stronger. Check both the front thickness and usable thread depth. Measure an ordinary non-countersunk screw from the underside of the head.
How do I recognise a screw that is too long?
The screw can bottom out while the knob or handle is still loose against the front. Stop tightening, check the length and use a suitable fixing.
How do I recognise a screw that is too short?
It does not reach the knob or handle, or engages too little thread. Check the front thickness and required screw length against the fitting instructions.
