Is your order not quite what you expected? You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving a reason. This cooling-off period begins the day after you—or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier—receive your order.
Once you have notified us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the products. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you return your entire order, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including any costs for our standard shipping. If you return only part of your order, you will be refunded the purchase price of the returned products.
We will issue a refund within 14 days of your withdrawal notification, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
You are only responsible for the cost of returning the items from your home to the webshop. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package; please consult your carrier's website for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the company with all supplied accessories and—where reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@bymjm.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of the notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good condition.

Quelle longueur de vis M4 choisir ?
M4 désigne un diamètre nominal de filetage de 4 mm. La bonne longueur dépend de l’épaisseur totale de la façade et de la profondeur de filetage utilisable dans la poignée ou le bouton. L’épaisseur seule ne suffit pas.
- Mesurez la façade. Mesurez toutes les couches traversées par la vis, y compris les panneaux supplémentaires et les rondelles.
- Vérifiez la fixation existante. Comparez avec une ancienne vis qui convient et vérifiez que le nouveau bouton ou la nouvelle poignée possède un filetage M4. La profondeur utilisable varie selon le modèle.
- Vérifiez l’ajustement. La vis doit suffisamment prendre dans le filetage sans atteindre le fond avant le serrage de la poignée. Respectez la notice de montage et ne forcez pas.
Comparez les longueurs disponibles
Ne choisissez pas une vis plus longue simplement parce qu’elle semble plus solide. Vérifiez l’épaisseur et la profondeur de filetage. Une vis ordinaire à tête non fraisée se mesure sous la tête.
Comment reconnaître une vis trop longue ?
La vis peut atteindre le fond alors que le bouton ou la poignée reste desserré contre la façade. Arrêtez de serrer et vérifiez la longueur et la fixation.
Comment reconnaître une vis trop courte ?
Elle n’atteint pas le bouton ou la poignée, ou prend insuffisamment dans le filetage. Vérifiez l’épaisseur et la longueur requise dans la notice.
Ces vis conviennent aux modèles compatibles de boutons de meuble et de poignées de meuble.
