Is your order not quite what you expected? You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving a reason. This cooling-off period begins the day after you—or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier—receive your order.
Once you have notified us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the products. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you return your entire order, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including any costs for our standard shipping. If you return only part of your order, you will be refunded the purchase price of the returned products.
We will issue a refund within 14 days of your withdrawal notification, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
You are only responsible for the cost of returning the items from your home to the webshop. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package; please consult your carrier's website for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the company with all supplied accessories and—where reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@bymjm.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of the notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good condition.

¿Qué longitud de tornillo M4 necesito?
M4 indica un diámetro nominal de rosca de 4 mm. La longitud adecuada depende del grosor total del frente y de la profundidad útil de rosca del tirador o pomo. El grosor por sí solo no basta.
- Mide el frente. Mide todas las capas que atraviesa el tornillo, incluidos los paneles adicionales y las arandelas.
- Comprueba la fijación existente. Compara con un tornillo antiguo que ajuste bien y comprueba que el nuevo pomo o tirador tenga rosca M4. La profundidad útil varía según el modelo.
- Comprueba el ajuste. El tornillo debe sujetar suficientemente sin tocar el fondo antes de fijar el tirador. Sigue las instrucciones de montaje y no lo fuerces.
Compara las longitudes disponibles
No elijas un tornillo más largo solo porque parezca más resistente. Comprueba el grosor y la profundidad útil de rosca. Los tornillos normales de cabeza no avellanada se miden desde debajo de la cabeza.
¿Cómo reconozco un tornillo demasiado largo?
Puede tocar el fondo mientras el pomo o tirador sigue suelto contra el frente. Deja de apretar y comprueba la longitud y la fijación.
¿Cómo reconozco un tornillo demasiado corto?
No llega al pomo o tirador, o apenas enrosca. Comprueba el grosor y la longitud requerida según las instrucciones de montaje.
