Shipping costs
Shipping costs for the Netherlands and Belgium are €3.95.
Shipping is free on orders of €20 or more.

Shipping costs to Germany are €2.95.

Shipping is free on orders of €25 or more.

Shipping costs to France & Luxembourg are €6.95.

Is your order not quite what you expected? You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. This cooling-off period begins the day after you—or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier—receive your order.

Once you have notified us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the products. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you return your entire order, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including any costs for our standard shipping. If you return only part of your order, you will be refunded the purchase price of the returned products.

We will issue a refund within 14 days of your withdrawal notification, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

You are only responsible for the cost of returning the items from your home to the webshop. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package; please consult your carrier's website for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the company with all supplied accessories and—where reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@bymjm.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of the notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good condition.

If the product is damaged, or if the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try out the product, we may charge you for this depreciation in value. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged when returning it.

Would you like to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. You can contact info@bymjm.com to arrange this. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the product. I provided the wrong delivery address!

Did you accidentally provide the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to modify the order for you.

“Products purchased through this online store are made to order according to the specifications you provided. Consequently, the right of withdrawal does not apply. The sale is therefore final once payment has been successfully completed.”
