Is your order not quite what you expected? You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving a reason. This cooling-off period begins the day after you—or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier—receive your order.
Once you have notified us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the products. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you return your entire order, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including any costs for our standard shipping. If you return only part of your order, you will be refunded the purchase price of the returned products.
We will issue a refund within 14 days of your withdrawal notification, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
You are only responsible for the cost of returning the items from your home to the webshop. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package; please consult your carrier's website for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the company with all supplied accessories and—where reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@bymjm.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of the notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good condition.

M4 oznacza nominalną średnicę gwintu 4 mm. Właściwa długość zależy od całkowitej grubości frontu i użytecznej głębokości gwintu w uchwycie lub gałce. Sama grubość frontu nie wystarczy.
- Zmierz front. Zmierz wszystkie warstwy, przez które przechodzi śruba, w tym dodatkowe płyty i podkładki.
- Sprawdź dotychczasowe mocowanie. Porównaj z dobrze pasującą starą śrubą i sprawdź, czy nowy uchwyt lub gałka ma gwint M4. Użyteczna głębokość gwintu zależy od modelu.
- Sprawdź dopasowanie. Śruba musi odpowiednio trzymać, nie dochodząc do dna otworu przed zamocowaniem uchwytu. Stosuj instrukcję montażu i nie używaj nadmiernej siły.
