Model withdrawal form

Would you like to withdraw from the purchase of standard products? BY MJM offers a 30-day withdrawal period, starting the day after you or a third party you designate, other than the carrier, receives the goods. After notifying us of withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to send the products back.

How to notify us

Send your clear statement to info@bymjm.com. You can copy the model text below, complete it and send it by email. Please include your order number if available so that we can identify your purchase quickly.

Using this model is optional. You can also make another clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You do not have to give a reason.
