Returns:

You might sometimes want to return an order. Perhaps because you don't like the product, or perhaps there's another reason why you don't want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

After canceling, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the company with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what's necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
